Fremont Area Community Foundation (MI)



The Fremont Area Community Foundation serves the Newaygo County, Michigan area. The Foundation is one of the largest community foundations in the nation on a per capita basis, serving a population of 50,000 and with 2007 yearend net assets of $218 million.
In 2007, the Foundation made grants of $10.6 million to benefit the Newaygo County area.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
